Accra:The government has announced the promotion of 20 non-cadre assistant secretaries to senior assistant secretary (non-cadre).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification stating that the promotions are effective immediately.
The officials receiving promotions are currently serving in various ministries and divisions, government hospitals, the Directorate of Government Transport, and the National Academy for Development Administration.
The notification specified that the promoted officials are required to join the Ministry of Public Administration as officers on special duty by submitting their joining letters either directly to the secretary of the ministry or via email. They will continue to perform their duties at their current workplaces until further instructions are provided.
