Gaibandha: A monthly meeting of the district development coordination committee (DDCC) took place at the DC office conference room today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting extensively covered development topics across various departments including district administration, zila parishad, police, health, public works, roads and highways, BWDB, agriculture, LGED, public health engineering, livestock, fisheries, electricity, education, family planning, food, and youth development.
Deputy Commissioner Choudhury Muazzam Ahmed presided over the meeting, with additional deputy commissioner (General) AKM Hedayetul Islam moderating the event. District level officials presented their ongoing development activities, which are being implemented following directives from the concerned authorities. These efforts aim to advance the district’s progress.
During his speech, DC Choudhury Muazzam Ahmed encouraged the officials to perform their duties with sincerity and honesty. He emphasized the importance of accelerating departmental development activities to contribute to building a prosperous Bangladesh. The meeting was attended by district level officials, UNOs, and assistant commissioners from the DC office.
