Dhaka:The French Ambassador to Bangladesh, Jean-Marc S©r©-Charlet, visited the National Defence College (NDC) and met with the Senior Directing Staff (Army-2) to discuss matters of mutual interest and the broader scope of Bangladesh-France bilateral relations.
According to United News of Bangladesh, Ambassador S©r©-Charlet delivered a lecture titled 'Contemporary France Its Foreign Policy, Security and Development Strategy, and Bangladesh-France Relations' to the course members of the National Defence Course 2026 during his visit.
In his lecture, the Ambassador outlined France's foreign-policy priorities, security, and development strategies, and explored various dimensions of the relationship between Bangladesh and France. He emphasized areas of mutual interest and discussed opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.
Following the lecture, an interactive session was held where course members engaged with the Ambassador on contemporary global and regional security issues.
