Bandarban: A free medical camp was organized in the district today on the occasion of Tarunya Utsav 2025 by the Bandarban Municipality. Bandarban Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini inaugurated the medical camp on the premises of Bandarban Municipality as the chief guest this morning.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was presided over by Bandarban Municipality Administrator SM Manjurul Haque. The camp saw the presence of notable figures including Bandarban Hill District Council member Advocate Abul Kalam, Municipality Chief Executive Officer Faizur Rahman, Dr. Nurul Islam Fahim, Municipality Accounts Officer Md. Nurul Amin Chowdhury Arman, and Administrative Officer Karuna Kanti Baro-ya.
During the event, patients were provided with eye treatment and various medicines at no cost. The initiative aimed to offer essential healthcare services to the residents of Bandarban as part of the celebrations for Tarunya Utsav 2025.
