Founding Anniversary of BNP Celebrated with Enthusiasm in Jamalpur

Jamalpur: The 48th founding anniversary of BNP was celebrated amidst much enthusiasm in the district today. Marking the day, BNP and its front organizations organized various programs, including a rally, a discussion meeting, and cultural events.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a discussion meeting was held at the Foujdari intersection area in the town. Advocate Shah Md Wares Ali Mamun, MP, the Secretary of District BNP, spoke at the meeting as the chief guest. He highlighted the successes achieved by Bangladesh during the BNP rule, particularly under the leadership of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, when the country achieved food autarky and even exported crops.



He further stated that Khaleda Zia continued this development trend and that the people of Bangladesh who support and believe in BNP have now entrusted Tarique Rahman with the responsibility to lead the country. He mentioned that despite conspiracies by Jamaat and its allies, BNP, with the support of the people, will overcome all challenges.



Several BNP leaders, including Shahidur Rahman Khan Dulal, Lokman Hossain Lotan, Liyakat Ali, Ahsanuzzaman Rumel, Shafiur Rahman Safi, Shah Masud, Ruhul Amin Milon, Sajib Khan, and Nurul Momin Kawsar, also addressed the gathering.



The meeting was followed by a large rally led by Wares Ali Mamun, MP. The rally, which paraded through the main roads, concluded at the Doyamoyee intersection in the town.
