Dhaka: Bangladesh’s foreign exchange reserves have reached US$ 32.72 billion, according to the latest data released by the Bangladesh Bank (BB) today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the figure differs when calculated using the methodology prescribed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Under the IMF’s Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (BPM6), the foreign exchange reserves of Bangladesh are reported to be $28.04 billion.
