Fire at 3 Resorts in St. Martin Now Under Control: ISPR

St. Martin: The fire that broke out at three resorts-Beach Valley, Kingshuk, and Sayri Eco Resorts-on Coral Island Saint Martin was brought under control at 4 am, two hours after the incidents occurred. A release from the Directorate of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the news this afternoon.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, upon receiving information about the fire, the Bangladesh Navy promptly arrived at the scene to begin extinguishing the blaze. They were soon joined by members of the Bangladesh Coast Guard, Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB), police officers, and local residents, all of whom contributed to the rescue efforts.

The ISPR release detailed that the coordinated efforts of the Navy, Coast Guard, BGB, and Police were crucial in controlling the fire at the three resorts on Saint Martin. Navy personnel also took measures to relocate tourists from the affected resorts to safer locations, ensuring their safety while tackling the fire.
