Ensure Smooth, Hassle-Free Hajj for Pilgrims: Minister

Dhaka: Religious Affairs Minister Kazi Shah Mofazzal Houssain Kaikobad on Tuesday emphasized the importance of delivering top-tier services for Hajj pilgrims and completing all preparations for the 2026 Hajj seamlessly and efficiently. He conveyed these points during a meeting on Hajj and Umrah management with the executive committee members of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) held at the ministry conference room.

According to United News of Bangladesh, the minister highlighted the necessity of completing all essential activities promptly to establish a well-organized Hajj management system. He urged all involved parties to work diligently to prevent any difficulties for the pilgrims.

Earlier, HAAB Secretary General Farid Ahmed Mazumder presented several recommendations and demands related to Hajj and Umrah management. Kaikobad listened attentively to these suggestions and assured that necessary steps would be taken in line with existing rules and regulations.

Religious Affairs Secretary Munshi Alauddin Al Azad and HAAB President Syed Golam Sarwar were among those present at the meeting.
