He emphasized that Bangladesh should not create an education system that focuses only on test scores. "The perception that test score is everything must go," Prof Yunus stated. He also highlighted the importance of understanding the language and aspirations of the younger generation to bridge the generational gap in Bangladeshi society. Prof Yunus further elaborated on the necessity of narrowing the generational gaps, saying, "We must understand the language and the thought process of the youth. We need to know how the older generation can share their experience with the younger generation." He pointed out that increasing distances between young and old generations could lead to societal issues, stressing that minimizing idea gaps is crucial. Additionally, the Chief Adviser underscored the importance of integrating family values into the national curriculum. Education Adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud and Education Secretary Siddiq Jobaer were present during the Chief Adviser's meeting with senior education ministry officials.
