EC to Discuss Delimitation and Code of Conduct in Upcoming Meeting

Dhaka: The Election Commission (EC) is set to convene a meeting tomorrow to address the code of conduct for political parties and the delimitation of parliamentary constituencies. This meeting is part of a series of discussions aimed at preparing for the next general election.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the EC will hold its 7th meeting at its office located in the Agargaon area of the city at 11:00 am, with Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin presiding over the session. M. Shafiqul Alam, Director (PR) of the EC, provided this information today.



The agenda for the meeting includes a detailed discussion on the code of conduct for candidates representing political parties and the delimitation processes of parliamentary constituencies. These discussions are crucial as they lay the groundwork for fair and transparent elections in the country.
