Dhaka: The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has successfully disposed of 19,641 tonnes of sacrificial animal waste at the Matuail landfill site by 6 pm today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the DSCC managed to dump 4,827 tonnes of waste at the Matuail landfill from midnight to 6 pm. This effort is part of the city’s initiative to efficiently handle waste management after sacrificial activities.
