Dhaka: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecast that most parts of the country will experience generally dry weather with intervals of partly cloudy skies during the next 24 hours, starting from 9:00 am today. “Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,” it said.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the BMD bulletin noted that moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight to morning. Night and day temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country, though day temperatures may fall slightly in the northwestern region.
On Sunday, Teknaf in Chattogram division recorded the highest temperature at 30.8 degrees Celsius, while Chuadanga in Khulna division registered the lowest at 11.7 degrees Celsius. In Dhaka, sunset is expected at 5:17 pm today and sunrise at 6:38 am tomorrow.
