Munshiganj: Detective Branch of Police (DB) arrested a drug peddler with 100 pieces of Yaba in Sirajdikhan upazila of Munshiganj district. The arrested individual was identified as Md Milon Soiyal, 32, son of Md Nasir Soiyal, a resident of Netrabari village in the Tongibari upazila of the district.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Officer-in-charge of Sirajdikhan thana, Abu Bakkar Siddique, stated that a team of DB police conducted a drive in the Goalbari area of the district based on a tip-off, leading to the arrest of the drug peddler. A drug case has been filed against Milon in connection with the incident, Siddique added.
