Dhaka: The government has promoted additional secretary of road transport and highway division Dr Mohammad Ziaul Haque to the rank of secretary. The public administration ministry issued a notification here yesterday evening appointing him to the secretary of road transport and highway division.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Mohammad Rafiqul Haque, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry, signed the notification. It stated that the promotion and posting will come into effect immediately.
