Dhaka: Deputy Director of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Dr M Mamunur Rashid has been appointed as the new director of Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital in the capital.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a notification issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare confirmed the appointment today. Dr Rashid, who is a BCS (Health) cadre official, has been transferred and posted to the hospital on current charge as its director, as stated in the notification.
