Doa Mahfil Held in Bogura for Khaleda Zia’s Recovery

Bogura: Bogura district BNP today organized a doa mahfil seeking the recovery of party chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia and marking the return of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman to the country after 17 years. The doa mahfil was held after Jumma prayers at the Baitur Rahman Central Mosque in the district, said District BNP Vice President and Public Prosecutor Advocate Abdul Bashed.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, leaders and activists of BNP and its associate bodies, along with local devotees, participated in the programme. The gathering saw the presence of several prominent figures including District BNP Organizing Secretary Shahid Un Nabi Salam and BNP Media Cell Rajshahi and Rangpur Division Coordinator Kalam Azad. Fisheries and Livestock Affairs Secretary Alhaj Mainul Haque Bakul, Nationalist Lawyers Forum Bogura Unit Organizing Secretary Advocate Shafiqul Islam Shafiq, and joint convener of Matsyajeebi Dal Ariful Islam were also present at the doa mahfil.



The event was significant as it not only focused on the health of Khaleda Zia but also celebrated the return of Tarique Rahman, emphasizing the unity and dedication of the BNP members and supporters in Bogura.
