Manikganj: The final match of the District Primary School Football Tournament was held today at the Manikganj Model High School playground. In a thrilling contest, Barahi Purbapara Government Primary School from Manikganj Sadar Upazila emerged victorious over Dashchira Government Primary School from Shibalaya Upazila with a score of 2-1, securing the championship title.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event attracted a significant number of spectators, including students, teachers, and local sports enthusiasts, who gathered to witness the exciting finale. Following the match, a closing ceremony took place where prizes were distributed among the winners.
