District judge Sabbir Foyez has been transfered
to the Judicial Administration Training Institute (JATI) to take charge as
its director (training).
Foyez, who was observing duties as the judge of Rajbari Women and Children
Repression Prevention Tribunal, was additional registrar (administration and
judicial) at the High Court Division earlier.
JATI conducts training programmes to develop greater knowledge and skills,
efficiency and fairness within the judicial officers in the subordinate
judiciary, lawyers and court support staff leading to prompt and sound
disposal of cases.
