Discussion, Leaflet Distribution on BNP’s 31-Point Outline Held in Narail

Narail: A discussion and leaflet distribution programme took place at Piroli in Kalia upazila on the 31-Point Outline for Structural Reforms announced by BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman. The event was organized by Piroli Union BNP at a local high school ground.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event commenced at 8.30 pm on Thursday with former senior vice-president and ex-Mayor of Narail municipality, Julfiqur Ali Mandal, speaking as the chief guest. The function was chaired by Piroli Union BNP vice-president M Jamir Hossain Molla.



Jahirul Islam Jahir, the general secretary of BNP’s Texas State unit in the USA, served as the key speaker. Additionally, Zia Parishad and BNP leader, retired professor of Jagannath University, BM Nagib Hossen, participated as the special guest.



Several thousand BNP leaders and activists from various areas of Kalia upazila attended the programme. During the event, leaflets detailing the 31-point outline were distributed among those present.



Speakers at the event praised Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman for his contributions to agriculture and his efforts to maintain the country’s independence and sovereignty. They expressed that the 31-point plan announced by Tarique Rahman has generated hope among the populace for fostering a corruption-free and prosperous Bangladesh.
