Cute District-Based Women’s Handball League Kicks Off in Narail

Narail: The Cute district-based Women’s Handball League commenced today at the Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Stadium in Narail district, marking the beginning of an exciting sporting event.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the league was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner of Narail, Dr. Md Abdul Salam, who attended as the chief guest. The event was managed by the Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) and organized by the Narail District Sports Association, showcasing the collaborative efforts to promote women’s sports in the region.



The opening ceremony featured Narail Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) T. M Rahsin Kabir and Cute District-based Handball League Coordinator and BHF Technical Committee Joint Member Secretary Sayed Ahmed as special guests. Also in attendance were Narail District Sports Officer and Narail District Sports Association Member Secretary B M SajinIsrat, along with other officials from the District Sports Association.



The ceremony was preceded by a rally, setting an enthusiastic tone for the league. The competition is set to culminate in a final match between the top two teams this Saturday, April 18, promising an engaging conclusion to the event.
