Country-Wide Dry Weather Forecasted.

Dhaka: Bangladesh Meteorological Department today forecasted that weather may remain mainly dry over the country for the next 24 hours from this morning. “Weather may remain mainly dry with the temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,” according to the forecast that begins at 9 am.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the low pressure over the Southwest Bay and adjoining West central Bay now lies over the West central Bay off north Tamil Nadu and adjoining area. Its associated trough extends up to the North Bay. The forecast also suggests that the night temperature may fall slightly while the day temperature may remain nearly unchanged across the country.

The highest temperature recorded in the country on Tuesday was 34.5 degrees Celsius, observed jointly at Feni and Ambagan. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature recorded today was 17.9 degrees Celsius at Tetulia. The sun is expected to set at 5:13 PM today and rise at 6:13 AM tomorrow in the capital.
