Khulna: The Khulna chapter of the National Citizen Party (NCP) has formed a ‘Programme Implementation Committee’ ahead of the upcoming visit of the party’s central leaders and the “Desh Gorte July Podojatra” (July March to Build the Nation) programme in Khulna.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Hafez Moulana Mahmudul Hasan Foyzullah and Dr Abdullah Chowdhury have been made convener and member secretary of the committee respectively, while S M Arifur Rahman Mithu and Molla Showkot Hossain Babul have been made advisors, as stated in an NCP press release issued by Hafez Moulana Mahmudul Hasan Foyzullah, chief coordinator of the Khulna District unit of NCP, last night.
Additionally, six cells have been formed to ensure the successful implementation of the upcoming programme. Dr Abdullah Chowdhury will lead the publicity cell, Hamim Rahat the logistics cell, S M Arifur Rahman Mithu the finance cell, and Farid Pathan, Zahirul Tanveer, and Shaheedul Islam Babu will oversee security. Sazidul Islam Bappy will head the reception cell, and Rafsan Rafiq Oshan will lead the accommodation cell.
