Mymensingh: The cluster admission exam of nine public agricultural universities for the academic session 2024-25 is scheduled to be held on April 12. Dr. Md. Helal Uddin, the acting registrar of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), confirmed the exam date today. BAU is spearheading the cluster admission test process this year.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a meeting of the central admission committee took place on Thursday at the BAU Vice-Chancellor's office, chaired by BAU VC Dr. A.K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan. The meeting concluded with the decision to conduct the admission test on April 12, commencing at 11 am simultaneously across the country.
The committee also resolved to maintain three quota categories: 3% for the descendants of freedom fighters, 1% for persons with disabilities, and 1% for underprivileged ethnic minorities or residents of hilly regions. Admission seekers can submit their applications from February 15 to March 16 with a fee of TK 1,200.
