This event was organized under the management of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association (BBSA) with the cooperation of the Chattogram Government Physical Education College.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, nearly fifty freshmen and seniors from the college participated in the camp. The camp was conducted by BBSA and development committee chairman Dr. Anupam Hossain, general secretary Talha Zubayer, joint secretary Imam Hossain Sohag, member Tania Akter, and national team players Johnny Haque and Kamal Hossain. In attendance were Chattogram Government Physical Education College acting principal S.M. Gias Uddin Babar and lecturers Khairul Islam and Chanchal Biswas, who provided their support.

BBSA officials noted that the camp is part of a continuous development plan to spread baseball nationwide. The students of Chattogram Government Physical Education College may become skilled baseball coaches through higher training and help in the game's outreach.

BBSA is committed to increasing baseball's popularity by organizing similar training camps in other educational institutions across the country in the future.
