The budget of Gandaki province government for the financial year 2081/82 has been passed by a majority. The Gandaki Provincial Assembly meeting on Monday passed the budget presented before the Assembly by Minister of Economic Affairs Dr Takaraj Gurung.
Minister Gurung had on June 15 presented a budget of Rs 32.96 billion for the year 2081/82.
Earlier, in various meetings, the members of the provincial assembly expressed their opinion on the budget estimates for the new fiscal year.
