Dhaka: The state-run Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) has signed an agreement with Delta Life Insurance Company Limited to secure group life insurance for its permanent journalists, officials, and employees. The agreement, effective for a three-year period, will be subject to renewal on an annual basis.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the signing ceremony took place at the BSS office located in the capital's Purana Paltan area. BSS Chief Editor and Managing Director Mahbub Morshed and Delta Life Insurance Company Limited CEO Uttam Kumar Sadhu represented their respective organizations during the signing event.
Several officials from both organizations were present at the ceremony. From BSS, Managing Editor Md. Fazlul Huq, Chief News Editor Md Manikul Azad, Chief Reporter G.M. Rajib Hossain, Chief Administrative Officer Mohammad Ali Khan, and Chief Accounts Officer Md Jashim Uddin attended. Delta Life Insurance Company Limited was represented by Vice President Farhad Hossain and Executive Vice President Rajib Kanti Saha.
