Dhaka: The Bangladesh Open University (BOU) authorities have announced the postponement of all scheduled exams tomorrow. This decision comes as a mark of respect for the state mourning declared following the death of Inquilab Mancha spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BOU Examination Controller (In-charge) M Habibullah Mahamud released a press statement today, confirming the postponement. The release stated, “All the examinations which are scheduled to be held on Saturday have been postponed as per the decision of the university authorities to show respect to observation of the state mourning.”
The new dates for the postponed exams will be announced at a later time.
