BNP Pledges to Fulfill Electoral Promises, States Gayeshwar

Dhaka: BNP standing committee member and Dhaka-3 lawmaker Gayeshwar Chandra Roy today emphasized the BNP government's resolute dedication to fulfilling its electoral promises and implementing development programs in response to public needs.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Gayeshwar made these statements as the chief guest at a ceremony for distributing free summer vegetable seeds and fertilizers under an agricultural rehabilitation program in Tegharia and Konda unions of Keraniganj upazila on Monday. Gayeshwar, who is also a veteran freedom fighter, emphasized that the government has already initiated efforts to deliver on the pledges made to the public during the election cycle.

He stated, "People's demands will be taken into consideration alongside development initiatives, including local government elections. We hope the people will cooperate with us." Gayeshwar encouraged the public to trust that the BNP government would bring their electoral commitments to fruition.

He further mentioned that under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, various welfare-oriented programs are already in progress, reinforcing the commitment to meet the promises made to the populace. The event was attended by local BNP leaders and affiliated organizations.
