Khulna: BNP Central Student Affairs Secretary and party-nominated candidate for Khulna-3 constituency Rakibul Islam Bakul has announced plans for the construction of an ultra-modern hospital in the area. The initiative aims to ensure improved healthcare services are available directly to the community.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Bakul also revealed plans for the introduction of health cards for every citizen. These cards are intended to provide access to advanced and quality medical treatment, ensuring all individuals can benefit from enhanced healthcare services.
Bakul discussed these plans while serving as the chief guest at a civic mourning meeting and doa mahfil held at Bakultala No. 1 Road playground in the Mujgunni Residential Area. The event took place on Sunday and was organized by the Metro Police Line High School Unit BNP to seek eternal peace for the departed soul of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
The meeting was presided over by Unit President Abdul Motaleb, with Unit General Secretary Sheikh Zahid Hossain conducting the proceedings. A special munajat, led by Hafiz Maulana Mufti Abu Sayeed, was also held to pray for the eternal peace of Begum Khaleda Zia and the welfare of the country.
The doa mahfil saw participation from BNP leaders and activists at various levels, along with a significant number of local residents.
