Dinajpur: Speakers at an election rally here today called upon people to cast their vote for BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, who is running from the Dinajpur-3 constituency in the 13th Parliamentary Election. The BNP local unit organized the rally at Chehelgazi Union Parishad ground, which was attended by a large number of people to drum up support for Begum Khaleda Zia.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, an intensive campaign is underway in the Dinajpur Sadar-3 constituency, from where Khaleda Zia will contest in the upcoming national parliamentary elections. The rally was presided over by Chehelgazi Union BNP President Amir Ali and conducted by General Secretary Tajmul Islam.
Several key figures from the BNP addressed the gathering, including District BNP President Advocate Mofazzal Hossain Dulal, General Secretary Bokhtiar Ahmed Kachi, and Senior Vice-President Mokarram Hossain. Other notable speakers included Sadar Upazila BNP President Alhaj Abu Bakkar Siddique, District BNP Organising Secretary Anisur Rahman Badsha, and District BNP Publicity Secretary Babu Chowdhury. Leaders from various affiliated organizations, such as the District Mahila Dal and District Jubo Dal, also spoke on the occasion.
Speakers emphasized that Khaleda Zia is regarded as the pride of the nation and a daughter of Dinajpur, as she contests from this constituency for the first time. District BNP President Advocate Mofazzal Hossain Dulal called for a 'tidal surge' of support for the paddy sheaf by uniting people across political lines to ensure her landslide victory. He urged all BNP leaders, workers, and supporters to take full responsibility for her election win.
District BNP General Secretary Bokhtiar Ahmed Kachi encouraged every party worker to strive for ensuring her victory by the highest margin, emphasizing the overall development of Dinajpur and the future security of Bangladesh.
