BNP again starts arson attacks: Nasrul Hamid

DHAKA, State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral

Resources Nasrul Hamid today said that BNP has started arson attacks and

violence again to create anarchy in the country.

“As the chief patron of the anti-liberation force, BNP again engaged in arson

attacks and violence in the country,” he said while addressing a courtyard

meeting at South Keraniganj in the outskirt of the capital.

Nasrul urged all to be alert about BNP’s activities about terrorism.

“In the name of public meeting, the BNP failed to bring people from every

part of the country, but they could not refrain from their terrorist

activities. The BNP spoke for movement but they want to continue anarchism

and violence. They have no people support,” he added.

Mentioning about the global politics, the state minister said that the BNP

set fire on hospital, this barbaric incident never happened in the world,

adding, “They (BNP) killed people by setting fire on them and attacked on

journalists and also killed police member by hacking several times.”

He said Jubo Dal activists set fire on properties, lives and vehicles by

wearing police uniform, he said,adding, “They also wore dresses of

journalists and set fire on vehicles. We have to resist such type of

terrorist party.”
