BKSP Clinches Dhaka Zone-2 Title in U-15 National Football League

Dhaka: Ten men Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) emerged as the Dhaka zone-2 champions in the UCB BFF U-15 National Football League, defeating Narayanganj DFA by 2-0 in the final match held at the BKSP ground today.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the match remained goalless in the first half until Ashik Akondo broke the deadlock by scoring the first goal for BKSP in the 70th minute. Kawsar Islam then sealed the victory with a second goal in the 90th minute. Despite being reduced to ten men, BKSP held their ground after Mahidin Rafi was shown a red card in the 45+2nd minute following two yellow cards.



Md Shohan of Narayanganj was named the player of the match for his impressive performance, despite his team’s loss in the final.
