Rajshahi: The "Festival of Youth Baseball Development Training Camp 2025," organized by the Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association (BBSA) and supported by the Rajshahi District Sports Association, was officially inaugurated at the Rajshahi District Stadium today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Jahangir Hossain, District Sports Officer of Rajshahi District Sports Association, formally inaugurated the camp as the chief guest. Dr. Anupam Hossain, Senior Vice President and Chairman of the Development Committee of BBSA, attended the event as a special guest.
Thirty men and women baseball players participated on the opening day. The main goal of this camp is to promote baseball at the local level, enhance the technical skills of the players, and provide regular training opportunities.
After completing the training, the participating players will represent Rajshahi district in the National Baseball Championship 2025, scheduled for the last week of December.
