On Monday, Bangladesh and England will face off in the third and final match of the three-match ODI series at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.

Bangladesh suffered consecutive losses in the first two matches played in Dhaka, losing by three wickets and a crushing 132 runs, respectively. In both games, the Bangladeshi team struggled to deliver a strong batting performance.

Following the first match, Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal acknowledged that they should have scored more runs to challenge England effectively.

After the second match, he cited several factors that led to the big defeat, including poor bowling in the opening overs and losing quick wickets while chasing a total of over 300.

To shake things up, Bangladesh may make some changes to their lineup for the third match. Left-handed pacer Mustafizur Rahman failed to impress in the first two games, and the team management may opt to replace him with either Ebadot Hossain or Hasan Mahmud, both of whom are part of the ODI side.

After the ODI series, the teams will compete in a three-match T20I series, with the first match taking place in Chattogram and the second and third matches in Dhaka.
