Sylhet: The Bangladesh national team is scheduled to play a practice game against the High Performance (HP) unit in Sylhet on August 26. The match is part of their preparation for the upcoming series against the Netherlands.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the practice match has been organized to provide the Bangladesh national team with a final tune-up before the Netherlands series. Currently, the team is in Sylhet for the concluding phase of their training session for both the Netherlands series and the Asia Cup.
Under the guidance of head coach Phil Simmons, the Bangladesh team commenced their practice sessions in Sylhet today. The Netherlands team is expected to arrive in Bangladesh on August 26 for a three-match T20 International series. The matches are scheduled to take place on August 30, September 1, and September 3 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Following this series, the Bangladesh team will head to the UAE to participate in the Asia Cup.
