Dhaka: The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially confirmed that the national cricket team will proceed with its scheduled visit to the United Arab Emirates for a two-match T20 International series. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the BCB announced in a press release that this tour is part of Bangladesh's ongoing commitment to international engagement and preparation. The series against the UAE will consist of two matches, which are set to take place on May 17 and 19 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. In addition to the UAE tour, the BCB is actively engaging in discussions with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) concerning an upcoming tour of Pakistan by the Bangladesh national team. The BCB emphasized that the safety and security of its players and support staff remain its highest priority in planning international tours. The BCB assured that all decisions related to the tour of Pakistan will be made with careful consideration of the current situation in the country, ensuring that they align w ith the best interests of the team and Bangladesh cricket.
