‘Army Chief Parade’ of Recruit Batch-2024 Conducted Across Three Cantonments.

Bogura: The 'Army Chief Parade' ceremony for the Bangladesh Army's Recruit Batch-2024 took place today across three separate cantonments. The events were held at the Armoured Corps Center and School in Bogura Cantonment, the Army Service Corps Center and School in Khulna Jahanabad Cantonment, and the Ordnance Center and School in Rajendrapur Cantonment in Gazipur. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced this information through a press release issued in the evening. The ceremonies were attended by Major General Md Khaled-Al-Mamun, General Officer Commanding of the 11 Infantry Division and Bogura Area Commander, Major General Md Nahid Asgor, Managing Director of the Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory, and Major General Md Maksudul Haque of the Foreign Ministry, who served as the chief guests at their respective locations. Each chief guest inspected the parades and took salutes, marking the importance of the event. During their speeches, they highlighted th e significant history of the Bangladesh Army and its contributions to the nation. They urged the new recruits to focus on acquiring modern skills and training to be prepared for the challenges of the 21st century. The chief guests also motivated the young soldiers to commit themselves to the service of the country and its citizens. ISPR noted that the events were attended by senior military and civil officials of the Bangladesh Army, other concerned officers, junior commissioned officers (JCOs), invited guests, and soldiers from the Armoured Corps, Army Service Corps, and Ordnance Corps.
