Rajshahi: Application for admission tests in the first-year (Honours) courses for the 2025-2026 academic session at Rajshahi University (RU) will start on November 20 and continue till December 7. The RU administration today published a circular related to the admission tests, saying that eligible students can submit applications from November 20, and the application process will continue until 11:59 pm on December 7.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, this year, apart from Rajshahi, the tests will be held in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rangpur, and Barishal for the second consecutive time. RU sources said the admission test for the ‘C’ unit (Science) will be held on January 16, 2026, while the ‘A’ unit (Humanities) test will be held on January 17 and the ‘B’ unit (Commerce) on January 24.
The circular specifies that students who have passed the HSC and equivalent examinations in 2024 and 2025 can apply for the three units as per their merit.
