Dhaka: State Minister for Youth and Sports Md Aminul Haque extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Bangladesh archery team for grabbing the gold medal in the men’s compound team event of the Asia Cup-World Ranking Tournament Stage-1. The team achieved this remarkable feat by defeating Vietnam 231-225 in the final held in Bangkok, Thailand.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Aminul Haque expressed his excitement over the archers’ success, calling it a great source of pride for the country’s sports arena. He highlighted the team’s journey to victory, which included overcoming Bhutan in the semi-finals and the formidable Vietnam in the final. Aminul emphasized that Bangladesh has now established itself as an emerging power on the world archery map, and he sees this victory as an inspiration for the younger generation.



The state minister attributed this win to the regular success Bangladesh has been experiencing in the field of archery in recent years.
