Air Chief Marshal Urges New Recruits to Uphold Integrity and Dedication

Shamshernagar: Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF), Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmud Khan, today urged newly recruited officers to work with honesty, concentration, and dedication to develop themselves as worthy airmen of the Air Force. Addressing the new officers at the training parade of the 53rd new BAF contingent at the Recruits Training School (RTS) located at Babiba Station Shamshernagar, the Air Chief emphasized the importance of patriotism in their roles.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Air Chief encouraged the new BAF members to actively contribute to the mission of keeping the skies of Bengal safe. He was present as the chief guest, where he inspected the parade and received the salute of the march past. Following this, he distributed trophies to the outstanding recruits for their achievements.



A total of 441 recruits were officially inducted into the BAF during the parade, as per a release from the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate. AC-2 Md. Omar Ibn Noman and AC-2 Redwan Ahmed were recognized as the best recruits in education and general service training, respectively. AC-2 Md. Omar Ibn Noman was further honored for his exceptional performance.



The Air Chief was welcomed at the parade ground by Air Vice Marshal Mohammad Khairul Afsar, the Air Commander of Air Force Base Bir Uttam AK Khandaker, and Group Captain Md. Khairul Basar, Commandant of the Recruits Training School. The event was attended by senior BAF officials, local military and civilian dignitaries, and guardians of the new recruits.
