Barishal: The three-day annual 'Agrahayan Mahfil' of Charmonai Darbar Sharif ended today with offering final prayers for the welfare of the country and the Muslim Ummah across the globe. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the mahfil commenced at the historic Chormonai Madrasah playground in Barishal Sadar Upazila following the Zohr prayer on November 27. The event opened with a speech by Charmonai Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim, as mentioned in a press release. The gathering, attended by lakhs of devotees, concluded at 8:30am today with the final prayer. Participants included individuals from various walks of life such as administrative officers, political leaders, Olama-Mashayek, and mass media representatives. During the event, Charmonai Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim urged followers to adhere to the righteous path outlined in the Holy Quran. He also prayed for peace for the Muslim Ummah in regions including Palestine, India, Kashmir, Myanmar, Syria, and other parts of the world.
