Agargaon: Disaster Management and Relief, and Liberation War Affairs Adviser Faruk-E-Azam, Bir Protik, today visited the Liberation War Museum in the city's Agargaon. The museum is adorned with stories of gallantry, documentaries, photographs, and various historical monuments of the War of Liberation in 1971. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, at the outset of his visit, the adviser paid tributes to the martyrs of the War of Liberation by laying a floral wreath at the "Prajjalito Shikha Chir Amlan". During this time, he also observed a moment of silence as a mark of respect and signed the museum's comment book, as stated in a press release from the Liberation War Affairs Ministry. Following the tribute, the adviser toured different galleries of the museum. He remarked on the significance of the Liberation War Museum as a symbol of the struggle, sacrifice, and freedom of the people of Bangladesh. Faruk E Azam expressed his belief that the sacrifices made for the language and independence of the Bangal ee nation serve as an inspiration for people worldwide to fight for freedom and democracy. The visit was attended by the museum's trustee, freedom fighter Mofidul Haque, trustee and member secretary Sara Zaker, and senior officials of the museum.
