ADB President Masato Kanda Meets PM

Dhaka: A delegation of Asian Development Bank (ADB) led by its President Masato Kanda met Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Monday morning. The meeting took place at the Prime Minister’s Office in Tejgaon, as stated in a release issued by the PM’s press wing.



According to United News of Bangladesh, Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister ABM Abdus Sattar were also present during the meeting. The discussions focused on the newly signed $1.4 billion loan agreements and the Asian Development Bank’s ongoing and future programmes in Bangladesh.
