ACC Scheduled to Host Public Hearing in Dinajpur on November 10

Dinajpur: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is preparing to conduct a public hearing in Dinajpur district on November 10. The event is part of a broader initiative to create a corruption-free environment across the nation.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Deputy Director of the Integrated District Office in Dinajpur, Md Ataur Rahman, announced that the hearing has been organized by the integrated office. ACC Commissioner Miah Muhammad Ali Akbar Azizi is expected to participate as the chief guest. Additionally, the director general of the commission, Md Akhtar Hossain, will also address the attendees as a special guest.

Rahman stated that the ACC has embarked on this initiative to eliminate corruption from various levels, ranging from households to government offices. The primary objective of the public hearing is to promote transparency, accountability, and integrity in government services, aiming to eradicate corruption from all aspects of society.

The hearing will see participation from relevant departments, public and autonomous bodies, and private officers, all contributing to the collective effort against corruption.
