Dhaka:Bangladesh Bank (BB) has accepted the resignation letters of two independent directors from Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the directors who have resigned are Md. Ataur Rahman and Md. Mohsin Mia, with their resignations taking effect on November 3, 2026.
The Banking Regulation and Policy Department-2 of Bangladesh Bank communicated this decision to the Managing Director of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited via a letter issued on the same day.
