Dhaka:Three more individuals have succumbed to dengue, while an additional 1,262 new patients have been admitted to hospitals nationwide within the last 24 hours, ending at 800 am on Friday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, these recent fatalities have elevated the country's dengue death toll to 418 this year, as reported by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The DGHS confirmed that all three deaths were recorded in the Dhaka Division. Since the beginning of the year, hospitals across the country have admitted a total of 133,367 dengue patients, out of which 126,713 have successfully recovered.
