Dhaka:The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has called for public feedback on proposed changes to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Offer of Equity Securities) Rules, 2025.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the BSEC has published the draft amendments on its website, encouraging stakeholders to review the changes and submit their comments, suggestions, or objections within the next two weeks.
The draft document is accessible on the BSEC website at www.sec.gov.bd, and a QR code has been provided in the notice to facilitate easy access. Feedback can be sent to the BSEC chairman at the commission's office in the Securities Commission Bhaban, E-6/C, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Administrative Area, Dhaka-1207.
