Accra:BNP has established a 12-member committee to supervise the arrangements for the upcoming Durga Puja.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BNP National Executive Committee Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokon has been appointed as the convener of the committee, with Joint Secretary General Syed Emran Saleh Prince serving as the member secretary.
The committee also includes BNP National Executive Committee Assistant Organizing Secretary Jayanta Kumar Kundu, Assistant Secretary Aparna Ray Das, Assistant Religious Affairs Secretaries Amalendu Das Apu and John Gomez, as well as Executive Committee members Advocate Nipun Roy Chowdhury and Ramesh Dutta. Other members are Jubo Dal Central Committee Labour Affairs Secretary Partha Dey Mandal, former Chhatra Dal Central Vice-President Jaydeb Roy, former student leader Milton Baidya, and Dhaka University Chhatra Dal President Ganesh Chandra Ray Sahas.
