Rangpur:The administrator of Rangpur City Corporation, Advocate Mahfuz Un Nabi Don, has expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman for the approval of two significant projects totaling Tk 1,813.28 crore aimed at the infrastructural development of Rangpur city.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the approval for these projects was granted during the recent ECNEC meeting, chaired by ECNEC Chairman Tarique Rahman. The projects include Tk 1,602.79 crore for infrastructure development and Tk 210.49 crore for the rehabilitation of damaged roads within the city corporation area.
In a statement on Facebook, the administrator described the approval as a "historic milestone" in Rangpur's development. He emphasized that the projects are expected to significantly improve road connectivity and enhance the quality of civic services in the city. He also expressed hope for collective efforts in the successful implementation of these projects.
