Akhaura:Rail communication between Dhaka and Chattogram on the down line has been restored after a temporary suspension caused by the derailment of a rescue train's trolley.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the train services were back to normal after the derailed trolley was recovered shortly after 7 p.m., as confirmed by Mainul Haque, the Cabin Master at Akhaura Railway Station.
Furthermore, Abu Hanif Pasha, Assistant Executive Engineer of Akhaura Railway, announced the formation of a three-member committee led by the Akhaura Railway Traffic Inspector. This committee is tasked with investigating the cause of the derailment.
